He can have it only if it is RICH Chocolatey . be it a cake or brownie and he likes ONLY chocolate flavor . anything other than rich chocolatey doesnt count as special . So decided to make a brownie for his Birthday . At smittenkitchen and knew for sure this is what i was looking for . It is indeed so rich and fudgy . I tweaked the recipe to make it even more easier .

Raw peanuts- 1cup, unsalted. Dates-1cup, pitted, chopped. Roast the peanuts until brown, add the sesame seeds and roast it until golden in colour. In a dry grinder add the peanuts, sesame seeds and cardamom pods and dry grind it. To this powder add the dates and pulse it 4 to 5 times. Remove the mix on to a plate and make small balls of it. Store it in a glass jar. For extra sweetness you may add some sugar or jaggery to the seeds.

It is very easy to prepare and when you cook this rice,the whole house will be filled with mint aroma. 1Cook rice till each grain is separate. Spread the rice over a broad plate to cool.
